The new residence, located in Puja Casa, is owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. SRK’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a leave and license agreement for the space, reportedly paying a monthly rent of Rs 24 lakh.
